Customer Comments: I have been treated for sleep apnea for two years now. I first ordered form talk about sleep becouse they are based in the same metro area a I am. I have never had any bad issues with the site or with delivery. As a matter of fact. If you order before 4pm they ship the same day by UPS. For us in Minnesota, thats next day. I can't speak to customes service becoust I have never had a need. But If customer service is like ordering, Then it will be painless as well. And I will remain a customer for life. The site is very to navigate and the product details provide ample information to make the best discision. With pictures and how to guides and other recommendations. They are never out of stock that i've seen and the selection is large, and the prices are the best on the net.

Customer Comments: The sales team member Matt went above and beyond, both calling and emailing me within minutes of placing my online order to let me know that he saw what appeared to be an error in one of the choices I had made. It turns out I had ordered two items for one type of machine and another item for an older (but not compatible) version of the same machine. This not only saved me money but more importantly it saved me time and aggravation by allowing me to get the correct product the first time. Matt was extremely helpful and courteous the whole time, giving helpful suggestions and demonstrating his knowledge about his companies products. This was the first time I had ordered from Talk About Sleep but based on Matts exceptional service coupled with the successful delivery of my order on time as promised (right after a holiday weekend no less), I will definitely be coming back for my future sleep product related needs.

Customer Comments: Overall, I am very impressed and my experience with Talk About Sleep was excellent. (Excellent is not a term I freely use very often) I would have no problem shopping with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I would like to see more shipping options made available. By using UPS only, across the the border shipments to Canada have a hefty brokerage fee tacked on (by UPS) I would prefer delivery by US Postal Service whose fees would be known prior to shipment and no brokerage fees would be incurred. However, If my order was in a similar price frame, it would still be placed with Talk About Sleep. Its a matter of good service and good prices - in spite of the added brokerage fees, I still saved about $40.00 over buying locally.

The wonderment of it all is I found the identical same head set from the Talk About Sleep Store for $82, and I MEAN IDENTICAL, same manufacture, packageing and contents. It drives me crazy at what the big health care providers charge for the neccessities of healthful living. Thanks for the internet and thanks to the people at Talk About Sleep Store who sell these neccessary sleep aids. Of course I was a bit put out, when while following the UPS shipping information on the internet, my package was held up at the Phoneix, AZ warehouse for 2 business days, wierd.

Since I wasnt sure about which product was suitable, I called by telephone after locating the business on the internet. The order taker did an excellent job. This was a hard to locate part and the price was great. I will order from them in the future.

I realize this directly isn't the fault of Talk About Sleep Store but I would have preferred FedEx. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone place your orders here!

Customer Comments: My experience with Talk About Sleep was smooth as glass from beginning to end. I called for information initially to make sure I had picked out compatible products. Everything was fine. My sleep apnea was recently diagnosed and the gentleman I spoke with gave me the benefit of some of his experience in adjusting to a CPAP. It was great to talk with someone who has walked the walk and has first-hand experience. The web site was very informative as to the specific requirements for the prescription from my doctor. Talk About Sleep even called him to verify the settings. I received e-mails through each stage of the order process so I always knew where we stood. The unit arrived on the day they said it would and everything was in good order and packed well. I live in large city with about 15 Resmed dealers. None of them came close on price. Some that I spoke with knew very little about the product and almost led me to believe that it was just a sideline for them. I found 2 that stocked my model before I gave up and ordered on line. The worst price I received was from a large hospital health care affiliate and it was TWICE the price from Talk About Sleep. TWICE THE PRICE. The hospital sales lady made it sound like they only rent the units for $300 a month and that no one had ever wanted to BUY their unit before....not when they can soak your insurance company monthly. When you factor in free shipping, its the same price as buying local and it helps to perpetuate a company that appears to me to truly have a continuing commitment to their products and education for those newly diagnosed. The delivery of pillows, cases and an incredibly capable and quiet machine to prevent my sleep apnea induced, atrial fibrillation episodes. After three episodes requiring cardioverson, I think Ive got the idea now. So Im committed to avoiding the hospital route. I just returned from a week in London with my comfortable mini pillow and machine. After seeing the excellent stage shows (Billy Elliott and Spamalot) I slept perfectly. Oh, next? I bought my son-in-law a pillow as an investment in his heart and health.

Customer Comments: I bought this light from this store, because their price was better than the manufacturers on-line price. The transaction was easy. The only problem was that it cost me a lot more than expected in shipping charges. The cost charged by the company was only slightly higher than predicted, but UPS charged a large brokerage fee at my door because it was an international delivery. It would be good for Canadian buyers if they had the option of using the postal service, or if they at least knew what the extra fees would be so they could make an informed decision before they commited to buying. As for the product itself, it hasnt helped my sleep problems yet, but Im still hopeful. Otherwise it will have been a pretty expensive experiment.

I received an order confirmation email with a tracking number, then received another email when my package was shipped. Even though I oredered using UPS Ground shipping, I received my order in 4 days from when they shipped it. It was in perfect condition. Thay also sent me a newsletter in my package that had information about sleep apnea. Their website also has lots of helpful articles. I have gone back to their site to do some reading even after receiving my order. I will shop at Talk About Sleep the next time I need CPAP supplies.

Using PowerAlert to monitor freezer (in basement) electrical power monitor after loosing two full loads of food. Shipping charges very reasonable -- appear to be at/near actual cost. No separate handling charge. Price must be tightly controlled by by mfg/distributor, as ALL known sites sell this product at identical pricing. Have not needed use of customer service.
