The New ResMed Swift FX for Her is ultra quiet due to the frame located air vents that disperse the air gently  and away from the user. ResMed claims that the sound level has been reduced to a level of only 25 decibels, which is quieter than a whisper.

The improved nasal pillows feature a dual-wall flap system that enhances support and comfort and the integrated flexible chamber provides stability for side sleepers. The added flexibility allows for a much better seal at pressures up to 20 cm/h2O.

With this mask ResMed has introduced a soft silicone based headgear that cradles the face. Users have reported that once the headgear reached body temperature, it quick gives the feeling that nothing is there at all. For additional softness and comfort, ResMed has included a set of fleece Soft Wraps that can be worn around the headgear side straps.
