The Forma Full Face CPAP Mask incorporates a new FlexiFoam Cushion design that promotes a superior seal and provides added comfort, with a greater range of movement, than other masks. In addition the Forma CPAP Mask's T-piece forehead support and advanced, quiet air diffuser mean that Fisher & Paykel's new Forma Mask is truly transforming sleep.

The Forma CPAP Mask incorporates a two-part cushion assembly like those found on the popular FlexiFit 405 and Flexifit 432 masks. The auto adjusting inner FlexiFoam Cushion helps contour the mask to a wide range of faces and promotes optimal frame alignment. The outer silicone seal is frosted to provide a leak resistant surface with a soft, smooth feel against the skin.

Finally the Forma features a new maintenance-free Air Diffuser that disperses airflow away from the sleeper and sleep partners and minimizes exhaust noise. The headgear is specially designed to maintain a comfortable, firm seal without the need for a chinstrap; while Fisher & Paykel's Glider Straps and and Easy-Release Cord distribute pressure equally across the face and automatically adjust the mask alignment during sleep.
